How we met
On Hinge, of all places. Aanya in Boston finishing her residency, Rohan in Mumbai building a fintech team. We matched in March 2023. Three months of voice notes across time zones, then Rohan flew to Boston for a week that turned into ten.

How we got here
The distance years
Two and a half years of weekend flights, late-night calls, and counting visa stamps. We learned to plan our lives in two-week windows. Somewhere in the middle of all that, we figured out we wanted the same kind of forever.
Two homes
We are doing both. Mehndi and sangeet at Aanya's parents' place in Mumbai. Ceremony and reception at an estate north of Boston we fell in love with on a weekend trip during her residency. Same family, two coasts, one wedding.

20 minutes by car from the estate. Family rate of $189/night through November 30. Free shuttle to the venue on the wedding day.

US ESTA approval typically takes 72 hours; apply at least 6 weeks before travel. For India-based guests, the B1/B2 visa interview wait time is currently 4-8 weeks in Mumbai. Reach out to Shreya (below) if you need an invitation letter.
